Shunta is a dedicated and compassionate nurse with over nine years of experience in various healthcare settings, including public health, neuro ICU, and assisted living. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from East Tennessee State University, along with an LPN from Northwest Community College, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Rust College. In her personal journey, Shunta is deeply committed to rebuilding her relationship with God. While her faith has always been a part of her life, she is now more focused on growing a closer relationship with Him, spending time in prayer, and seeking to walk in the purpose that God has aligned for her. In her spare time, Shunta enjoys spending time with her family, working out, shopping, and continuously learning new things. Her passion for health, coupled with her evolving spiritual journey, makes her an invaluable asset to the Therapy Marathon Foundation and the communities she serves.
